The Power House is dedicated to exploring the intersection of prevention and performance in health and fitness. The mission of The Power House is to provide results-based fitness services to people of all ages, abilities, and walks of life and to collaborate with outside organizations on their wellness and performance needs. 

Our vision is threefold. First, to develop the fitness industry’s best career coaches. Second, to improve health on a population level and lead the shift in healthcare from sickness to wellness. Third, to build a dedicated and inclusive community that dares greatly in becoming the champions of their lives.

Our motto is "win your life" and we infuse that belief into everything we do, taking each client's whole health and wellness into account while working with them to increase their fitness. We offer an extensive group schedule of CrossFit, Yoga, Mobility, mat Pilates, Kettlebells, and Specialty Skill classes each day at our St. Louis Park and Highland Park location. Our coaches provide the highest quality private training services, developing deep and lasting relationships with their clients. 

On and offsite, we perform strength and conditioning training for sports teams across the Twin Cities metro to propel them into winning seasons, stay injury-free, and bond as a team. We also work with corporations, small businesses, unions, and the public service sector to develop and run workplace wellness and fitness programs, including Nutrition, Health Coaching, and Physical Therapy services.
