THE POWER PAUSE is more than a bestselling book—it’s a cultural movement rebranding the career break for ambitious women navigating motherhood.

Written by Neha Ruch, founder of Mother Untitled, THE POWER PAUSE introduces a new language for seeing time at home not as a detour, but as a purposeful, identity-rich chapter. Named one of Oprah Daily’s top self-help books of 2025, it anchors a digital platform that’s helping women navigate this season with clarity, confidence, and choice.

Alongside the book, THE POWER PAUSE platform offers a suite of high-impact resources:

A curated flexible jobs board to support women re-entering or redefining work

An expert-led advice library covering identity, ambition, caregiving, and reentry

A trusted Rolodex of vetted experts in career coaching, therapy, and personal growth

MotherClasses—our signature video workshops featuring leading voices in parenting, mindset, and modern work

A widely read newsletter offering weekly inspiration, tactical tools, and community stories

This is the new cultural script for working women, mothers, and the space in between—one that celebrates the pause not as time off, but as time deeply on purpose.
