PowerShift is a national platform reshaping leadership at the highest levels of Canadian influence.

Canada is entering a period of historic reinvestment and institutional recalibration — across energy, infrastructure, defence, technology, and governance. Capital is moving. Systems are being redesigned. Authority is being consolidated.

Yet one of the country’s most under-leveraged strategic assets remains under-deployed in consequential decision-making roles.

PowerShift convenes the women operating inside these systems — elected officials, executives, investors, operators, policy leaders — to examine how power is structured, how leadership culture shapes national outcomes, and what it will take to scale women’s authority across Canada’s most consequential institutions.

This is not a networking forum.

It is a platform for serious operators navigating high-stakes systems.

Through national convenings, sector-specific gatherings, and ongoing dialogue, PowerShift advances a clear thesis: leadership composition is a strategic performance issue — and Canada cannot execute on its ambitions without expanding who holds authority.

The events are the catalyst.
The shift is structural.
