The Practice
The Practice champions a science-backed approach to strength training for healthspan, tailoring each program to an individual’s starting point and long-term goals. Our proprietary “Practice Test” is a 360-degree fitness and lifestyle assessment that is repeated every three to six months; the ongoing benchmarking enables trainers and clients to track progress and results and keep motivation and adherence strong. We integrate "Habits for Healthspan" into every step, equipping our clients with knowledge, hands-on training, and weekly movement plans.
