David Silbert

David Silbert is an accomplished content design and UX writing professional currently serving as Lead of Content Design & UX Writing at The Predictive Index since October 2019. In this role, David has significantly contributed to improving user experience for a SaaS platform through strategic UX copywriting, product documentation, and collaboration with marketing teams. David has also led initiatives to enhance search engine optimization and in-product learning while managing a cross-functional DEIB initiative. As Founding Editor of The Punished Backlog, David expanded site traffic from 20k to 200k annual visitors and oversees volunteer writers in creating over 550 blogs. Previous experiences include roles as Financial Writer at Tiger Capital Group, English Language Assistant in France, and various internships at Fidelity Investments. David holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania with a double major in Economics and French and Francophone Studies, complemented by a minor in Creative Writing.
