Will Otto

Will Otto has extensive experience in talent optimization and operations management, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Optimization at The Predictive Index since October 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and leading a team of ten. Prior roles at The Predictive Index include Director of Talent Optimization and Talent Design Manager. Will's background also features experience as Talent Operations Manager and Coordinator at Stand for Children, where Will facilitated onboarding and launched a sourcing arm. Additional experience includes interim operations management at Excel Academies and curriculum development at Tutors for All, along with coaching and tutoring roles at various educational institutions. Will holds a B.A. in English and History from the University of Michigan and has furthered education at the University of Sydney.
