Founded in 2011 by a luxury property developer with deep roots in construction and villa development, The Presidence was created to elevate villa management in Mykonos, offering peace of mind to owners and refined, personalized experiences to guests.

What we do:

• Manage some of the island’s most exclusive luxury villas, chosen for their quality, location, and design

• Offer a wide portfolio of properties across different price ranges to cater to a variety of guest needs

• Treat each villa as both a high-value asset and a hospitality experience

• Provide full-service villa management for owners, maintenance, marketing, bookings, and daily operations

• Deliver end-to-end guest experiences, from arrival to departure

• Work with trusted local partners (private chefs, drivers, yacht charters, events) to offer bespoke concierge services to our clients

Our goal is simple:
to ease villa ownership and elevate luxury stays in Mykonos for our clients, with professionalism, consistency, and care.
