Representing over 10% of the Australian financial services profession, The Principals’ Community supports over 135 of Australia’s leading self-licensed businesses who authorise over 1340 financial advisers across Australia. The ongoing support and services are provided through four key pillars: Community, Governance, Education, and Scale. The like-minded professional Community benefits from sharing key business and industry insights, the comprehensive ongoing governance and responsible manager support, as well as tailored annual educational programs designed to meet ongoing Continued Professional Development (CPD) requirements. The Principals’ Community have key strategic partnerships which deliver innovative solutions and preferential arrangements to help drive business growth, efficiency, and success for the businesses within the community.  We support Principals and Business owners transitioning to become self-licensed as well as help guide practice mergers and acquisitions. 
Established in 2015 and evolved to independence in 2021.
