Nadya Matiya has a strong background in arts leadership and operations management, with experience in various organizations ranging from dance studios to art programs. In their current role as Senior Associate Project Manager at The Program, Nadya oversees special projects and ensures efficient operations. Previously, Nadya held the position of Operations Manager at MODERN MACRAME LLC, where Nadya managed day-to-day operations, inventory, and customer service. Nadya has experience in community management, event coordination, and social media marketing. Nadya's educational background includes a Master of Fine Arts in Arts Leadership from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from the University of Oregon.
