Troy Ball

Troy Ball is currently the Director of Outdoors at The Program, a position they began in 2025. Previously, they served as a Brand and Commerce Manager at Born & Raised Outdoors from 2021 to 2023 and held various roles, including Brand Manager at the same company. Troy also worked as a Design Lead and Marketing Contributor at Blackstrap Industries from 2013 to 2017 and was a Brand Manager at CVT/Cascadia Vehicle Tents from 2017 to 2018. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Oregon State University, where they also participated as a START Leader for freshman orientation in 2011.
