Ian Green

Ian Green is an accomplished professional in workforce development and business management, currently serving as the Managing Director of The Progress Group's Workforce Development Division since January 2021. This division encompasses Innovative Alliance, an adult education provider, and Complete Training Solutions, which specializes in health and safety training for various industries. Additionally, Ian has held the role of Chief Executive at Innovative Alliance Ltd since October 2018 and is the owner of Green’s Sandwich Bar since July 2018. Previously, Ian contributed as the Head of Operations at National Schools Training and as the Director of Business Development at The City of Liverpool College, alongside roles at Wigan & Leigh College. Ian holds a BA Hons in Education & Training from The University of Huddersfield and completed earlier education at Park High.
