At The Project Lab, we're passionate about making Tasmania the most liveable island in the world. We will deliver on this purpose by improving:
•	The performance of organisations within the state by leveraging their uniqueness to help them succeed
•	The well-being of our community including across key dimensions of education, social welfare, housing, health, and social connectedness, and
•	Environmental and economical sustainability that allows Tasmania to grow in line with what it means to be “Tasmanian”.

Our progressive management consultancy firm has five sector-focussed teams, supported by highly motivated operations and service delivery teams. Our teams are driven to have a meaningful impact on some of Tasmania’s biggest challenges, including how we:
•	Create and move Tasmania’s highly valued products in, around and out of the State with our Manufacturing, Primary Production and Transport sector
•	Care for people in Tasmania with our Healthcare and Social Assistance sector
•	Connect and power the state with our Energy, Utilities and Financial Services sector
•	Build our future capabilities with our Education sector, and
•	Innovate and operate with our General business sector.

We collaborate with clients to identify challenges, and by using proven tactics and tools, we deliver solutions that enable organisations to strengthen and grow, so they can make Tasmania extraordinary.

In everything we do, we are looking to Make it Matter. We get out of bed to help Tasmanian businesses chase big opportunities and solve challenging problems, giving us the greatest impact on the island we call home.

Could we work with you? Let’s talk.
