Brandon Elms

Brandon Elms has over 18 years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Director and Project Executive. His specific focus has been managing the design and construction of urban redevelopment projects, multipurpose venues, museums and historic properties, all of which have their own unique challenges and opportunities. He is currently serving as the Project Executive on Dickies Arena and the Fort Worth Zoo Masterplan. In his current role as President of The Projects Group, he is responsible for providing the overall strategic management and leadership for the company. He also monitors and oversees the firm’s operations, manpower and financial performance. Brandon is passionate about leadership and teambuilding, both of which are key ingredients of his collaborative management style.
