Tom Frey possesses extensive experience in operations and technology management, currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at The Pronto Network since October 2006. In this role, Tom manages IT and finance departments, oversees Sophio fulfillment, and presides over Network Products Warehouse, LLC. Previously, Tom held positions as Chief Information and Technology Officer and Vice President of Information and Technology, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining centralized business management solutions. Earlier roles included Director of Information and Technology and Director of Product, focusing on data management solutions and supply agreements. Prior to The Pronto Network, Tom was Director of Product and Pricing at Tier Parts Warehouse / Parts Plus Autostores, implementing inventory and pricing strategies. Tom holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Penn State University.
