We have built long-term relationships across the property industry with mortgage brokers, solicitors, landlords as well as manufacturers and suppliers all disposable to our clients.

Primary services offered include sales, lettings and construction. Other services covered are: maintenance, refurbishment, bathroom & kitchen renewal, driveways, basement excavations, loft conversions and extensions. As we are predominantly an online business our prices are highly competitive but quality is never compromised.

All building and renting regulations are adhered to and fulfilled as stipulated by the law. We are accredited by The Federation of Master Builders and members of the The Property Ombudsman and the National Landlords Association. Gas and electric works are completed  and certified by NICEICE and Gas Safe registered engineers.
