We’re Josh and Hannah - The Property Folk

Our aim to make sales and lettings a smoother, more personal experience. With well over a decade in the estate agency and the mortgage industries, we’ve seen it all! The good, the bad, and the downright frustrating.

After witnessing high street agencies overpromise and underdeliver, we decided to do things differently. No corporate nonsense, no hidden fees and no unnecessary waffle. Just straight-talking, hands-on support whether you’re buying, selling, letting, or renting.

Our approach is simple: we’re available when you need us (not just 9–5), we keep things transparent, and we genuinely care about getting the best outcome for everyone we partner with.
