The Property Mediators is the leading group of specialist property mediators in the UK with decades of experience in property law, litigation and mediation.

Mediation is ideal for property disputes. It addresses your real needs, and allows you and your opponent to create your own solutions in a way that invariably cannot be done by a court. Property mediation will end the uncertainty of litigation, continuing anxiety and horrendous costs. Once the case is settled you will be able to get on with your business and your life.

We can help you resolve your property dispute in whichever category it falls. Using our backgrounds as specialist property solicitors and barristers and our well-acknowledged skills as mediators we can help you to find a solution to your dispute. We fully understand all the technical issues that arise and speak the language of property law and disputes. After decades in private practice we are familiar with the commercial and psychological drivers behind disputes and the sort of solutions that can be reached

Our mediators are Gary Webber, Jacqui Joyce, Sara Benbow, Sue O'Brien, Iain Travers, Laura Tweedy, John de Waal KC and Rupert Cohen. We are all expert property lawyers who understand the law and the practical and commercial realities that underline property disputes. We are all empathetic, personable and patient. We have the perfect combination of skills, personality and experience to help you and your opponent to find practical and acceptable solutions to your problem.
