“Our mission is to help small and medium-sized enterprises win government and public sector contracts.”

With a proposal win rate of over 84%, The Proposal Centre gives you all the benefits of an in-house proposal team, on demand. The Proposal Centre was founded in 2006 on the principle that the proposal management best practices of large corporations can be successfully adopted by small and medium-sized businesses. Our approach is scalable, using a level of effort appropriate to the size of the opportunity, resulting in cost-effective, high quality professional proposals that win.

The Proposal Centre works with small and medium-sized enterprises to create winning proposals in response to requests for proposal (RFP) and other RFx bid solicitations from the federal, provincial and municipal governments, as well as other public sector institutions. Specialities include:

•	Government of Canada RFPs, Standing Offers and Supply Arrangements
•	Government of Ontario RFPs and Vendor of Record (VOR) Arrangements
•	Proposals to other governments and agencies (e.g. provincial, crown corporations)
•	Proposals to municipalities, academic institutions, school boards, and health authorities
•	Proposals to all other public sector organizations
•	Proposals in response to formal private sector RFPs

We help businesses understand the procurement system, find and manage opportunities, and efficiently develop compliant and compelling proposals, while also supporting their other business development writing needs.
