Russell Cake

Russell Cake is the Founder, Managing Partner, and Senior Partner of The PSC, a leading public service consultancy in the UK, which they co-founded in 2006. With a commitment to making public services exceptional, The PSC has garnered numerous awards for its innovative approaches. Prior to this role, Russell worked as a Senior Civil Servant in the Prime Minister's Delivery Unit and held a management consulting position at McKinsey & Company. They have also served as Chairman of the Laws of Cricket Committee at the Marylebone Cricket Club and were a professional cricketer with Surrey County Cricket Club while studying at Cambridge University, where they earned a degree in Engineering.
