The Quad is a new age fitness coaching company based out of the city of Chennai, serving 1000s of Indians worldwide! Established in 2011, The Quad pioneered fitness coaching in India through strength & conditioning and making fitness more fun, safe and inclusive. Our goal is to help you live a stronger life, inside out. We do this by helping you make fitness a keystone habit in your life, thereby helping you achieve long-term results in health and fitness that are here to stay!

The QuadSquad team has grown from just a 2-person team training ~100 clients to a 35+ member superstar team who've helped a community of over 10,000 Indians worldwide transform the way they feel and function in their daily lives.

While The Quad is the most sought-after fitness experience in the city of Chennai, we have expanded our services to offer a more holistic range of experiences for you and your family, near and far through our virtual services. Whether you are a newbie to exercise and fitness, or someone who has already been training for a while, or a pro athlete, or someone who wants to fix your relationship with food, we got you covered.
