The Quad is a partnership of senior practitioners with over 120 years of combined experience across policing, counter terrorism, protective security, public safety, and organisational risk management.

Our team has operated at the highest levels of national policing, government, and the private sector, leading responses to life-threatening incidents, advising on complex multi-agency operations, and delivering security for high-profile events across the UK and internationally.

We understand risk as it exists in reality and translate that insight into clear, practical, and proportionate solutions.

We are trusted advisers both to public bodies and private organisations, recognised for our credibility, governance-led approach, and ability to operate seamlessly across strategic, tactical, and operational levels.

Our focus is on helping organisations make confident, informed decisions in complex and often high-pressure environments.

The Quad supports clients to identify, understand, and manage risk to people, places, and operations; designing tailored security, training, and risk mitigation solutions that build capability, resilience, and organisational confidence for the long term.

If you are looking to strengthen your organisation’s approach to risk, security, or resilience, we welcome a conversation to explore how we can support you.

The Quad offers Martyn's Law Learning, a specialist training platform helping organisations prepare for Martyn's Law — the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025.

Named after Martyn Hett, killed in the 2017 Manchester Arena attack, the legislation requires publicly accessible venues to assess risk, implement proportionate security measures, and ensure staff are trained to respond to terrorist incidents. Legal duties are expected to come into force from 2027.

Martyn's Law Learning provides clear, practical, and accessible online learning to help your organisation meet these requirements.
