The R6 Collective is a team of former corporate executives and small business owners helping small and mid-sized businesses, franchise owners, civic organizations, and community-based organizations optimize talent as a driver of growth, performance, and long-term impact.

We believe talent issues are business issues. That’s why we help organizations align people strategy with business strategy through our proprietary Right 6™ Framework — ensuring they have the right People in the right Roles, with the right Skills, in the right Environment, motivated by the right Incentives, at the right Time.

Built on deep Fortune 1000 experience and tailored for growing organizations, our approach helps leaders solve the talent challenges that most directly affect business results: misalignment between people and goals, difficulty attracting and retaining top talent, limited access to senior talent leadership, reactive workforce decisions, and increasing culture and compliance risk.

Through the Right 6™, we support clients across six critical talent domains: precision hiring, organizational design, leadership and skills development, culture and workplace environment, rewards and incentives, and forward-looking talent planning. Our services include talent acquisition, employer branding, executive coaching, succession planning, performance management, change management, total rewards, talent analytics, compliance, and risk management.

The result is a practical, high-impact talent strategy that helps organizations hire smarter, develop stronger leaders, build healthier cultures, and grow with confidence.
