Chris Gray is an experienced professional in the fields of sustainability, agronomy, and golf course management. Currently serving as the Head of Sustainability & Agronomy for Asia Pacific at The R&A since March 2020, Chris has previously held significant roles such as Director of Golf Redevelopment and Agronomy at the Singapore Island Country Club and International Sales and Marketing Manager at Rain Bird Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing sales and marketing for irrigation products across multiple regions. Prior experience with IMG from January 1994 to September 2011 involved directing agronomy and construction management for golf courses across Asia Pacific, as well as serving as General Manager and Golf Course Superintendent for various notable projects.
