Chris Stuart

Chris Stuart is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Finance Business Partner for Professional Championships at The R&A since August 2020, Chris has previously held significant positions at G1 Group, including Commercial & Projects Manager and Interim Commercial Finance Manager. Chris's responsibilities have encompassed financial analysis, month-end processes, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with operations teams. Prior to G1 Group, Chris worked in audit roles at EY, managing diverse client portfolios, and contributed to social enterprises such as Eat My Lunch and The Baobab Network. Chris holds a Chartered Accountant qualification from ICAS and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Stirling.
