Dan Bones

Dan Bones is a seasoned sales professional with a focus on the sports and hospitality sectors, currently serving as Sales Manager - Commercial at The R&A since July 2019, while also holding the title of Senior Sales Executive. With responsibilities that include driving sales performance and deputizing for the Head of Hospitality for prestigious events like The Open and The AIG Women's Open, Dan has accumulated significant experience in sales and event management. Prior to this, Dan held the position of Sales Executive at The R&A and served as Golf Events Manager and Golf Events Coordinator at Fairmont St Andrews. Additional experience includes a role in Golf Operations at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Dan Bones completed education at Madras College from 2002 to 2008.
