Jayne Devlin is an experienced Catering Consultant with a diverse background in hospitality and project management. Since May 2010, Jayne has operated at Devlin Consulting, managing hospitality projects, notably with R&A – The Open since 2016. In addition to ongoing consultancy at Carnoustie Golf Links, where the Food & Beverage offering has seen a 50% income increase since 2018, Jayne has also served as Hospitality Facilities Manager for The R&A since February 2021, enhancing hospitality operations for official partners and clients.
