Founded by Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Patterson in 1985, The Rainbow Connection makes dreams come true for Michigan children with life threatening illnesses.  From something as simple as a shopping spree or as unique as meeting the President of the United States or a glorious trip to Disney World, The Rainbow Connection has fulfilled the dreams of over 3400 Michigan children.

 The Rainbow Connection also provides emergency support services, information and referral, special holiday get-togethers and picnics and, perhaps most important of all, a listening ear to Michigan families battling a child’s life threatening illness.  Learn more at www.rainbowconnection.org.
