Paul Irwin

Paul Irwin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and consulting, currently serving as the VP of Sales & Marketing at The Range Network since June 2023. Since 2001, Paul has been a consultant for JPI Elite Services, specializing in financial services, investment, and insurance portfolio management. Prior roles include business development at Guns.com, manager of regional member services at the National Shooting Sports Foundation, and dealer sales executive at Silencer Shop, where Paul significantly expanded the dealer network. Paul has demonstrated strong leadership and sales acumen in positions at Shady Oaks Gun Range, Compass Bank, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Genie Lube. Paul holds a BBA degree in Business/Computer Science from Texas State University.
