Freya Searl has extensive experience in sales, operations, and human resources, having served as Sales and Operations Supervisor and Assistant at The Range from September 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment process and addressing HR inquiries. Prior to this, Freya held the position of HR and Recruitment Officer at Pearls International Recruitment Agency from October 2018 to January 2020, overseeing the recruitment and compliance processes while also earning NVQs in Business Administration and Recruitment Resourcing.
