Toby Smith is an accomplished retail operations professional with extensive experience in project management and team leadership across various roles. Currently serving as the Retail Operations Planning and Productivity Project Manager at The Range since July 2020, Toby has successfully led initiatives focused on continuous improvement and collaborative efforts with senior leadership. Previous positions at PEACH MORTGAGES LIMITED and B&Q, where Toby was a Programme Manager and Divisional Change Manager among other roles, demonstrate a strong track record in stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and operational excellence. Toby began the career at Burton Group as a Store Manager and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from the University of the West of England.
