Trudy Smith

Trudy Smith is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in retail management and project coordination. Currently serving as an Operations Project Coordinator at The Range since January 2025, Trudy is involved in the transition of Homebase to The Range. Alongside this role, Trudy also holds the position of Store Operations Manager at The Range/Wilko, responsible for daily operations in a large store with a team of 38 staff members. Prior to these roles, Trudy worked at William Hill from March 1994 to December 2023, where positions included Cluster Operations Manager and Business Performance Manager, overseeing profit and loss statements for multiple retail and racecourse units, as well as managing staff performance. Trudy holds an ILM diploma level 3 in team leadership and supervision.
