Jen Chapman currently serves as the Associate Director of Marketing & Communications at The Reader UK, where efforts focus on restructuring and enhancing the organization’s marketing and digital strategies during a significant era in its history. Since July 2018, Jen has also been a mentor at The Girls' Network. Previously, Jen held the position of Head of Sales and Marketing at Storyhouse from April 2016 to July 2023, where responsibilities included establishing the brand and attracting over one million visitors in the first year of a £32 million cultural center launch. Jen’s earlier experience includes roles at FACT, where as Head of Marketing and Communications, strategic audience development and digital engagement initiatives were championed, and at Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse theatres, where initial marketing career steps were taken. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Liverpool.
