Ali Randel

Ali Randel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational consulting and leadership development. Currently serving as a Partner at The Ready since June 2016, Ali previously held multiple roles within the McChrystal Group from October 2013 to May 2016, advancing from Analyst to Principal, contributing to organization-wide change initiatives and developing innovative training programs for executives. Ali's earlier career included positions at North Star Destination Strategies as a Research Analyst, UBS Wealth Management as a Finance Services Intern, and various roles at Vanderbilt University, culminating in a Bachelor's degree in Human & Organizational Development and Psychology from Vanderbilt University in 2013.
