Chatelle Lynch

Chatelle Lynch is an accomplished HR leader currently serving as Chief People Officer at The RealReal since January 2024. With extensive experience in human resources, Lynch has held key positions at notable organizations, including Chief, CNBC Workforce Executive Council, and Forbes Human Resources Council. Previously, Lynch was the Chief People Officer at McAfee, leading global HR initiatives and transforming compensation strategies to enhance enterprise culture. Additionally, Lynch has contributed to philanthropic efforts as a board member for Kids Prosper Kids. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science and dual degrees in Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science, Journalism from Deakin University, along with experience as an exchange student at Colorado State University.
