Jes Min Lua

Jes Min Lua has a diverse work experience spanning over several years.

They began their career in 2004 as a Strategy Manager at Accenture, where they worked on various projects such as market entry strategies, business strategies for power companies, and corporate strategies for oil & gas conglomerates. They also played a pivotal role in managing a large plantation M&A project.

In 2010, Jes Min Lua joined Bain & Company as a Case Team Leader, where they continued to hone their skills in strategic analysis and team leadership until 2013.

In 2012, they took on the role of Investment Consultant at Acumen Fund, focusing on the agriculture portfolio. They conducted investment analysis, market due diligence, and sourced opportunities in different countries.

Since 2014, Jes Min Lua has been the CEO and Co-Founder of Recommend Group, a leading home and local services platform in South East Asia.

Jes Min Lua completed a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath, spanning from 1999 to 2003. Later in 2011, Jes Min Lua pursued further education at INSEAD, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategy and Finance.
