Even though The Redstone Group was founded in 2020 it really began back in 2005. After graduating from Virginia Tech in 2004, Ian McVeigh, Co-Founded Select Realty and in 2016 after 12 years we took the next step in growing our team and joined forces with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Now in 2020 we are continuing to grow the team and the strength we have created in the Real Estate market is truly a force!

Many of our team members have been here since the beginning and we are made of very strong agents who have been doing this for many years. Our team services all of Virginia, Maryland and DC.

Our success is based on a completely different business approach to Real Estate. We understand that consumers are looking for business professionals to handle their Real Estate needs….We operate as consultants, not salespeople and that is the key to our success. We work as a team of over a dozen and will make sure your needs are top priority.

Our Buyer services are completely FREE to our clients with No Obligation and No Pressure! We also have creative and competitive seller compensation that saves our clients thousands.
