The Reformer Lab is more than a fitness studio it’s a space where movement, wellness, and self-care come together. Rooted in the belief that true beauty starts from within, it empowers people to feel stronger, healthier, and more radiant.

With two studios in Lisbon one in Amoreiras and one in Santos we create an environment where transformation happens, inside and out. It’s not just about how you look, but how you feel.

Keep being radiant your light inspires others.
