As a clinical research organization, TRP is devoted to exploring novel targeted treatment options for various mood disorders and neurodegenerative conditions. TRP currently manages approximately 30 IRB-approved clinical trials involving different non-invasive brain stimulation techniques such as low-intensity transcranial focused ultrasound (tfUS), near-infrared light therapy (nIR), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and thetaburst stimulation (TBS). Through partnership with the Synaptec Network, a premier service provider in the field of advanced neuroimaging, TRP is able to incorporate individual neuronavigation and precise targeting as a foundation for clinical research.

Pioneered by Dr. Sheldon Jordan, a leading neurologist whose private practice is based in Santa Monica, CA, TRP endeavors to advance the field of neuropsychiatric research while improving accessibility of integrative therapeutic options for patients. TRP engages in research that acknowledges and explores the brain-body connection, employing Dr. Jordan's holistic brain health checklist and following best-practices for healthcare and ICH guidelines for research.
