RELISH (Reframing European gastronomy Legacy through Innovation, Sustainability and Heritage) is a Horizon Europe Pillar II-funded research project representing 12 institutions across Europe and North America. 

RELISH uses culinary recipes and food culture to a) develop inclusive and innovative digital tools and b) strengthen gastronomic heritage for young people and researchers in Europe. 

We focus on four keys areas: Heritage, Culinary / Recipe Knowledge, Sustainability, and Digital Innovation.
