Moving beyond disaster preparedness, The Resilience Canopy is on a mission to advance community-led resilience in a new way.

Communities know their challenges better than anyone. By helping them access the right skills, connections, resources and support, they have the greatest chance at withstanding and adapting to disruptions like natural hazards and societal stresses over the long term.

The Resilience Canopy does this through bespoke training to develop practitioners, supporting communities to develop resilience plans and priorities, connecting corporate, government and not for profit partners to community priorities, and bringing it all together online.

The Resilience Canopy is an Australian registered charity with headquarters in Naarm, Victoria.

The Resilience Canopy will be delivered side by side with communities and partners, growing to reach a target of 500 resilient communities and 2000 practitioners by 2030.
