Founded in 1995, Resmark invests equity capital on behalf of institutional and private investors. As a steward of capital to investors including two of the nation’s largest public pension funds, Resmark provides capital to homebuilders, land developers and multifamily developers in markets including California, the Western United States, Texas, the D.C./Mid-Atlantic region, and other select major metropolitan areas. To date Resmark has participated in more than 295 investments encompassing over 90,000 single-family and multifamily residential units.
