The Resolution Project is a global non-profit fostering youth leadership development through collaborative social entrepreneurship. Founded in 2007, Resolution identifies young leaders through Social Venture Challenges and empowers them to make a positive impact today through Resolution Fellowships. The Development and Programs Team at Resolution Project oversees the identification, support, and empowerment of young social entrepreneurs through fundraising, resource development, and program management. The team secures funding, manages donor relationships, and ensures Resolution Fellows receive the necessary tools, mentorship, and opportunities to successfully implement their ventures and grow as leaders.
