Patrick McCoole

As Vice President, Participant Development, Patrick McCoole works with executives and associates to coordinate and develop resources, programs, and tools to deliver sustainable value to all Participants in the healthcare, higher education, and industry markets. In 2013, Patrick was tasked with developing a commercial solution that could be delivered to potential Participants domestically.

Patrick has been with The Resource Group for over 10 years and has served in a variety of roles. Those roles include Analyst, Manager of Field Operations, and Director of Participant Integration. During this time, Patrick designed and led full-scale supply chain integrations, in addition to the implementations of custom surgical kits, medical surgical product distribution, exam gloves, food and nutritional services, and environmental services.

Patrick came to The Resource Group from the commercial banking industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Webster University.
