Most oncology drugs that fail in clinical trials weren't ineffective. They were tested on the wrong patients.

Tumor populations are heterogeneous. Responder populations are hidden inside them. Conventional trial design averages them out — making active drugs look weak, and killing programs that could work for the right patients.

The Responder Lab was built to solve this.

Our platform, Responder Atlas, applies 15 years of academic research in topological data analysis to large pharmacogenomic datasets — revealing the hidden architecture of drug response that standard statistics miss. We identify responder subgroups, define the biomarkers that find them, and give drug developers the structural foundation they need to design trials that succeed.
