Roger Simpson has been with The Retail Solution since February 1999, delivering training and coaching programs to retail clients globally. As an author of "The Ultimate Retail Sales Experience", his book provides practical steps for improving retail team performance. Prior to joining The Retail Solution, Roger was a Retail Training Manager at Shell Australia, where he gained experience tailoring service and sales techniques for diverse markets. He holds a Diploma of Management from Petone TAFE and a Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment from Fortress Learning.

The Retail Solution

More than just a training company, we work with our clients to identify their gaps in service, sales and follow up processes. We then tailor a program that covers frontline staff, managers/owners and area managers. Our goal is to empower retailers to identify and focus on their gaps and have the ability to coach their team to an improved performance level. This results in a higher level of customer service, increased sales and a lift in team morale and at the same time to an increase in customer satisfaction. We have worked with a number of retailers in Australia and New Zealand, some for more than 10 years, which is testimony to our level of expertise and getting results for these clients. All of our clients have seen an increase in service and sales levels that is sustainable over the long term.
