We are a boutique real estate company created in 2018, specializing in seasonal and corporate rentals of serviced luxury apartments, as well as the sale and purchase of exclusive properties in the best Madrid neighborhoods.

-But we believe we are more than that-
We are a passionate team of hospitality experts who love what we do.
We help local businesses, by offering our guests an exclusive selection of experiences, activities, and services to be carried out in the apartments.
We collaborate with the Pios Project Foundation to contribute to the planet's sustainability.

Stay in homes that are fully furnished and well-equipped with everything you need. Wi-Fi, high-speed internet, cable TV, and utilities are all included, along with high-quality Portuguese bed and bath linens, luxury toiletries, and a welcome gift.

If you are a homeowner or an investor who wants to buy and take advantage of the seasonal and corporate rental market, The Right Stay is your answer. We will do all the work for you, the homeowner, to add significant value to your investment. We offer a complete service: from brokerage of residential property (consultancy and sales), to high-end marketing and management, as well as ensuring your property's best maintenance and security.

What sets us apart from the crowd is our personal approach. Our formula is based on the principle that we're only successful if our guests and homeowners are happy. This is why customer satisfaction is our biggest company goal. Our clients' happiness directly affects our business success.
