Katie Baxter

Katie Baxter is a seasoned audio producer and sound designer with extensive experience in both radio and podcasting. Notable roles include Playlist Editor and Station Editor at University Radio Nottingham, where Katie improved show production and curated playlists for thousands of students. Current freelance projects encompass producing and designing for various podcasts, including "Logic1000 & Heléna Star Present Therapy" and a vodcast for The Ringer. Previous experience includes significant contributions to Spotify as a Studio Technician and producing high-profile shows like JaackMaate’s Happy Hour at Stak, which became a Spotify Exclusive. In addition to a strong technical background gained through internships at Channel 4 and Global, Katie is also an accomplished DJ with performances across the UK and internationally. Educational qualifications include a BA in English with Creative Writing from the University of Nottingham.
