The Ripple™ is a leadership, transformation, and personal growth company founded by Marcela Caronti.

We help individuals, leaders, and organizations navigate change with greater clarity, confidence, and execution.

Our work is built around two complementary frameworks:

🔹 The Ripple Framework™
Helping individuals strengthen resilience, develop self-leadership, and create meaningful impact through faith, growth, and intentional action.

🔹 The Ripple A2E Model™
Helping organizations accelerate execution by aligning leadership, identifying capability gaps, and building the governance structures required to turn strategy into results.

Through speaking engagements, executive advisory services, workshops, coaching, and transformation consulting, our mission remains the same:

"To help people rebuild with faith, grow through knowledge, and rise into lives they once believed were out of reach."
