Founded in 1994 by CEO, Curtis Way, RMS has played an integral role in the development and construction of over 5 million square feet of commercial, industrial and multifamily apartments in Western Canada. Its property management brokerage, Royal Management Services Inc., manages approximately $750 million in commercial and multifamily assets in Western Canada, both for the RMS Group and third-party clients.
