The Roush Group is one of fewer than 950* firms in California with an active Accredited Investment Fiduciary® certification, which represents the industry’s highest fiduciary standard of care. The firm adopted its fiduciary standard─to place the client’s sole interest ahead of its own at all times─before the proposed DOL fiduciary rule began to emerge.

With a decades-long investment background at large national banks and broker-dealers, Rick Roush felt compelled in 2010 to launch his own fee-only Registered Investment Advisor firm to advocate for objective, transparent and fully disclosed investment advice, so critically needed by business owners, their families, and employees in the central valley and central coast regions.

On the retirement side, The Roush Group augments the expertise of its close-knit team of financial specialists with select market leaders to form a veritable command center of ERISA compliance. The firm’s proprietary DCPro Process insulates plan sponsors with protection against the burden of 401(k) plan liability.
